EDUCATIONAL Projects

CHRISTCHURCH
DANCE
FESTIVAL

Through her role with Christchurch School Sport Partnership, Christina created and facilitates the Christchurch Dance Festival, bringing together over 400 children from across Christchurch to explore, create and perform at the De La Salle Theatre.

The event includes a supportive Festival Day, where students share their work and inspire one another, alongside evening showcases where more than 800 family members come together to celebrate their children's achievements in a professional theatre setting.

DORSET SEN DANCE FESTIVAL

Launched in 2025, the Dorset SEN Dance Festival celebrates the creativity, freedom and joy that dance can bring to everyone. Created and facilitated by Christina, the festival champions inclusive practice, welcoming all forms of dance and performance, from sensory and supported movement to choreographed group pieces. It challenges preconceptions of what dance should look like, creating opportunities for every young person to express themselves, participate and shine. You can watch the collaborative films from the 2025 and 2026 festival below.

Whether you're looking to enrich your curriculum, introduce creative workshops, develop performance opportunities or bring your whole school together through dance, Christina can tailor her approach to suit your setting and pupils.
